ALEVEL
The A-Level Program at World Bridge College (WBC) follows the UK National Curriculum, renowned for its academic rigor and depth of specialization. Designed for students who wish to pursue university studies in the U.K. and other Commonwealth or international destinations, the A-Level pathway allows students to focus deeply on their strongest academic interests while developing advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Students typically select three to four A-Level subjects from a wide range of disciplines, including Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Art & Design, and English Literature.
The program emphasizes independent learning, critical thinking, and research skills, helping students build a strong academic foundation for success in globally recognized universities such as those within the Russell Group in the U.K., and other prestigious institutions worldwide.
At WBC, all A-Level courses are taught by experienced faculty who specialize in international education and examination preparation, ensuring students are fully equipped to achieve top results in the Cambridge International (CAIE), AQA and Edexcel Pearson examinations.
OSSD
The Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) program at World Bridge College follows the Ontario Ministry of Education curriculum from Canada. This program emphasizes continuous assessment, critical thinking, and real-world application, offering a flexible and student-centered learning approach.
Unlike traditional exam-driven systems, the OSSD evaluates students through coursework, projects, presentations, and regular assessments, ensuring a more holistic measurement of academic performance.
